Attendance of hearings

As a rule, hearings before the Higher Appeals Chamber are open to the public, with the exception of deliberations. There are a limited number of places for the general public in the courtroom.

If you wish to attend a hearing, you should go to the reception area of the FCC at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the hearing, at 7 Viale Stefano Franscini, Bellinzona.

You must bring an identification card with you.

Appropriate clothing is required for access to the Tribunal.

During the proceedings, visitors are prohibited from recording or taking photographs in the courtroom.
